Off Ice Training is as important for a figure skater’s development to compliment on-ice workouts. Off-Ice exercises should be incorporated early in the skater’s training regimen to increase a skater’s fitness, strength and speed, improve body posture and endurance, and reduce or prevent injury.

Off Ice Classes can be done individually or part of a training package which includes on ice class, off ice class, and ‘flexible freestyle’ sessions. Our off ice classes focus on all aspects of training (stretch, strength, plyometrics, and technique).

Personal training sessions are available through our certified personal trainers on an individual basis.  Personal training sessions must be booked though the trainer and are not included as part of training packages.
